Arthur’s Favorite Toys (Tested by a Very Serious Dog) 🐾
Arthur doesn’t fall for just any toy.
If it doesn’t stimulate his brain, keep his attention, or survive his very determined chewing… it doesn’t last.
After plenty of trial and error, these are his absolute favorites — the ones we reach for again and again.
🧠 The Classic Kong
The traditional Kong is a classic for a reason. It’s perfect for freezing food inside and giving it to Arthur on hot summer days — instant relief and happiness.
It’s also great when he needs something to work on for 15 minutes and focus his energy.
I also use it when I leave for work.
Honestly? He’s almost happy to see me go once he gets his Kong.
🎾 The Noisy Ball (A Must-Have)
The ball that makes noise when you shake it is non-negotiable in this house.
If your dog is ultra-reactive or easily distracted, this ball will get all their attention — immediately.
It’s simple, effective, and endlessly entertaining.
🐒 The Monkey Toy
The monkey is a favorite for calmer moments indoors.
Arthur loves how soft it is, and the ropes are perfect for gentle chewing and nibbling. It’s comforting, durable, and surprisingly well-loved.
❄️ The Pupsicle
The Pupsicle works on the same principle as the Kong, but it’s much easier to clean — which I truly appreciate.
It allows me to alternate toys so Arthur doesn’t get bored, or simply wait until spring when the snow melts and I can finally recover the ones that mysteriously disappeared outside.
Arthur’s final verdict:
Good toys don’t just entertain — they calm, focus, and genuinely improve daily life.
And if Arthur approves? That’s saying a lot. 🐶💙
